6:00-6:30: Arrive at Show Ring (There are only two entrances to the show ring and the traffic is usually backed up 30-45 minutes)

Steward will hand out a card stock notice to the winners of the “Challenge Trophies” which will be on a table next to photographer.  Jim & Barry will pick up the appropriate challenge trophy for each photograph

We cannot do Best Head, Best Coat, Best Movement in the show ring due to time constraints.

Special Event for Head, Coat, Movement.  Cards to be presented in the conformation ring by, Mrs. Meghen Riese-Bassell assisted by Barry Silbiger.  This special event judging will be done outside the ring near the photographer's table by Mrs. Meghen Riese-Bassell if she has no other assignments or by Carolyn Adkins-Fry.

No ringside hospitality table

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break and tailgate

1:00 PM – 3:00PM Enjoy the show

6:00 PM: Best in Show & BIG Reception with food for all Attendees
