Member Website FAQs

Why does no drop down menu appear when I click on the Members tab?  You must be logged in to see the topics under the Members tab.

How do I log on to the Members Only section of the website? Click on Login at the top of the home page Members Login. Enter your email address and password when prompted.

How do I change my member profile? First be sure you are logged in as a member. Then click on your name at the top right side of the web page- that will take you to your member profile page. Click on Edit Profile.  This will open the fields to allow changes, when finished be sure to click on Save at the bottom of the page.

What if I forget my password?  Select Login from the upper right of the web page. Select Forgot Password  to reset the password. You will need to have the email address that is associated with the profile.

Do you receive club notices and announcements?

  • Group emails are sent periodically (often monthly). If your email address has changed or your spam filters are not allowing LRCA emails the system will 'suspend' emails to you. If you are not seeing notices & announcements check your email address in the profile and check the 'junk' email or spam folder for the emails.
  • If you select the 'unsubscribe' option on the club notices or announcements email you will no longer receive any of the notices. Members should stay informed about club happenings - if you unsubscribe you will miss updates and club information.

Household Membership logins -

  • Why doesn't my spouse have his/her own login? Household members should have separate login credentials. If you were a member prior to the conversion to our member mgmt. system and did not give us a separate email account for each member, you have a shared account.  If each member of the household would like to be sent information and announcements separately, you will need to send the Membership Chair the email contact to set up the second account.

Can anyone post to the Member Forum or Dog Event Forum? Yes, if you are logged in as a member you can post a new topic or comment on an existing topic.

How do I get automatic email updates for the Member Forums? Under the Members tab- Click on the Forum you would like to subscribe to,  click on Subscribe to Forum. Once you subscribe you will be sent email notifications when a new posting has been made. 

Who do I contact about my membership status or other membership questions? Email the Membership Chair

Who do I contact if I find a broken link or other issue on the website? Please let us know.
